Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure (state or compact) and Basic Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and reports changes in condition to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions as appropriate.
• Provides patient and family education on conditions, plans, and post-discharge care.
