Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification or eligibility within 30 days of start.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in ICU or PCU.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff; document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and follow up.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality of care.
