Job summary

The Heart Hospital - 1100 Allied Dr, Plano, TX 75093, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the 3x12’s Tele/PCU/ICU/CVICU team. This full-time night role supports heart, lung and vascular patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. ICU experience is required; vent management and device experience are a plus.

Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Benefits and professional growth opportunities are provided through Baylor Scott & White

Qualifications

• ICU nursing experience is required.
• Ventilation management and IV drips are a plus.
• RN license must be active in Texas or hold compact license.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Judgment: assess patients and prioritize care per standards.
• Develop and evaluate care plans, delegate tasks to team members.
• Advocate for patient safety, communicate changes to physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
