Job summary

The Heart Hospital in Plano, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, is hiring an RN for CVICU/ICU/PCU/Tele with a universal bed model. This full-time night position runs 6:45pm–7:15am and requires 1 year or more of bedside ICU/PCU experience; cardiac experience is highly preferred.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates. The role focuses on patient assessment, care planning, and collaborative care delivery within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• One year or more of bedside RN ICU or PCU experience.
• Strong Tele experience will be considered.
• Cardiac experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care using a professional practice model.
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families; document learning needs and progress.
