Summa Health System is seeking an RN Call Center, Clinical Access professional to drive population health through clinical access and patient interaction in a high-volume call center. You will be the first voice patients and physicians encounter, providing exceptional assistance, triage, and guidance to appropriate care resources.

Required: ADN, Ohio RN license, 3 years of relevant clinical experience in physician offices, home health, critical care, or ED; BLS certification; strong keyboard and

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required, BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice registered nursing in Ohio.
• Three (3) years recent clinical experience in physician office, home health, critical care or ED.

Responsibilities

• Drive Population Health through clinical access and communication in a call center.
• First voice of Summa Health for patients, physicians, and hospital faculty.
• Assess clinical needs via virtual interactions and guide to appropriate care resources.
