Job summary

Rotech Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse Call Center professional to provide telephonic guidance on respiratory equipment and CPAP compliance. You will educate and support field staff, patients and caregivers, while ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and state regulations.

Responsibilities include on-call coverage, problem solving over the phone, and coordinating patient enrollment into CPAP programs. A valid RN license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in primary state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in telephone-based patient support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic support for respiratory equipment and CPAP compliance.
• Coordinate with field staff, referral sources, patients and caregivers.
• On-call rotation every 4–6 weeks with after-hours support.
