Job summary

Angels Care Home Health, in Oklahoma, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and coordinating with the parent office, care teams, patients and referral sources.

The role requires active RN licensure, prior supervisory healthcare experience, and the ability to develop staff, manage performance, and promote the company’s values of growth and excellent care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Valid Registered Nursing License.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day branch operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary teams, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Oversee QA issues at the branch level and direct staff regarding agency policy and procedure.
• Support staff development and performance management.

About the position:
