Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an RN Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate with the parent office and care teams. You will direct staff, manage QA issues, and uphold agency policies to promote efficient service delivery.

The role requires an RN license, at least 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare (home health/hospice preferred), and a flexible schedule to meet patient and facility needs.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure in good standing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in healthcare (home health/hospice preferred).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

About the position:

The primary function of the RN Branch Manager is the day‑to‑day direction of branch operations to ensure quality and efficient operations. They coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency. Oversees QI issues at the branch level and directs staff regarding agency policy and procedure.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Valid Registered Nursing License.
