Job summary

Angels Care Home Health seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our Oklahoma branch, oversee staff, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate with the parent office and referring agencies.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare, a flexible schedule, and a commitment to professional growth within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day branch operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Oversee QA issues at the branch level and direct staff regarding agency policy and procedure.

About the position:

The primary function of the Branch Manager is the day-to-day direction of branch operations to ensure quality and efficient operations. They coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency. Oversees QI issues at the branch level and directs staff regarding agency policy and procedure.
