Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring quality care and efficient service delivery.

You will coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patients and families, oversee QA, and ensure adherence to agency policies. Minimum supervision experience and active RN license required; generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience in healthcare (home health/hospice preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet all regulatory and agency policies.

Responsibilities

About the position:

The primary function of the RN Branch Manager is the day‑to‑day direction of branch operations to ensure quality and efficient operations. They coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency. Oversees QI issues at the branch level and directs staff regarding agency policy and procedure.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Valid Registered Nursing License.
