Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years healthcare operations management experience in Home Health or Hospice
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools
• Knowledge of regulations and accreditation standards
• Fiscal management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, implements, analyzes and organizes operations for the Branch.
• Responsible for the delivery of care for all patients served by the Branch by providing supervision and support to the Clinical Manager(s).
• Works with the Area Director of Operations or AVP of Operations to establish Branch revenue and budget goals.
• Recognizes clinical leadership and provides support to Clinical Manager(s).
• Maintains efficient, safe office operations and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Conducts quality improvement meetings and follows up on patient satisfaction data.
• Communicates with leadership for direction and program implementation.
• Partners with Sales Directors to meet budgeted admission goals and participates in sales initiatives.
