Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
• Outstanding leadership skills with ability to motivate, educate, supervise and develop staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation standards and fiscal management.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, implements and analyzes branch operations.
• Oversees delivery of patient care with Clinical Managers.
• Collaborates with Area Director/AVP to set revenue and budget goals.
• Provides leadership to promote quality home care and safety.
• Maintains efficient office operations and compliant facilities.
