The role requires Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, NRP within 6 months, and STABLE within 90 days; labor and delivery experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 6 months.
• STABLE certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Labor and Delivery experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate and direct nursing care for patients based on standards and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and outcomes.
• Provide family-centered care during antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Maintain documentation and comply with regulatory and unit-specific requirements.
