Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, part of the Mass General Brigham system, is seeking a Per diem Registered Nurse focused on Labor and Delivery. The role delivers patient care using standard nursing processes, while coordinating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes for antepartum, labor, birth, and postpartum patients.

The position requires MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, NRP within 6 months, and STABLE within 90 days. Onsite work at our Northampton campus with per diem scheduling.

Qualifications

• RN license in Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• NRP required within 6 months of hire.
• STABLE certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Labor and Delivery experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate and direct nursing care for patients across units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
