Job summary

Responsibilities include workforce planning, strategic input, regulatory readiness, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. BSN is required; MSN preferred; Ohio RN licensure active.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Ohio or multistate license.
• BLS certification with RQI training required.

Responsibilities

• Develops expectations for colleagues and fosters mentoring and coaching.
• Coordinates nursing services with other disciplines and monitors care coordination initiatives.
• Promotes use of High Reliability tools and workplace safety; maintains regulatory readiness.
• Responsible for department budget and staffing, and participates in planning and forecasting.
