Job summary

Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Behavioral Health Unit on a full-time night shift with weekend rotation. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical director, and interprofessional team.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and perform clinical treatments per plan of care.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care.
• Coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
