Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice (Kentucky).
• BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and treatments.
• Documents patient care and monitors conditions, communicates with care team and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Coordinates patient care across transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Educates patients and families appropriate to age and culture.
