Job summary

Laurel Ridge Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Baylor Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. The role includes oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies and regulations.

You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate on care plans while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory role in long-term care preferred.

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid state nursing license


• Advanced degree or certification preferred


• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred


• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care


• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both


• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
