Job summary

Bethel Health & Rehabilitation Center in Bethel, CT is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a full-time evening shift (3p-11p). You will lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance, while overseeing daily operations and staffing.

In this role you will mentor nursing staff, develop care plans with the team, and maintain standards of quality through regular assessments and audits.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.

$7500. Sign-On Bonus OR Relocation Assistance will be considered for this role.

Eligible new hires may qualify for a monthly commute stipend of up to $300. (Eligibility requirements and payout details will be provided during the hiring process.)

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
