Bethel Health & Rehabilitation Center in Bethel, CT is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a full-time 3p-11p shift. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include: Valid state nursing license, advanced degree or certification preferred, supervisory/leadership experience in long-term care, compassionate and empathetic approach, ability to work with the aged and chronically ill, strong clinical, leadership, organizational and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

$7500. Sign-On Bonus OR Relocation Assistance will be considered for this role.

Eligible new hires may qualify for a monthly commute stipend of up to $300. (Eligibility requirements and payout details will be provided during the hiring process.)

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
