Job summary

Montowese Center for Health & Rehabilitation in North Haven, CT seeks an RN Baylor Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and oversee nursing care, ensuring residents’ health, comfort and safety.

This role offers a 24-hour shift payment model, a $3k sign-on bonus, and opportunities for mentorship, training, and professional growth in a supportive Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

Saturday/Sunday

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
