Job summary

National Health Care Associates (National) is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 3pm–11pm shift, with no weekend work. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety, compliance, and resident well-being in our long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.

• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
