Topeka Presbyterian Manor, a PMMA community, is seeking an Assisted Living Director - Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the Assisted Living Department with vision and compassion. You will plan, organize, and direct daily operations to deliver high-quality resident care.

This role requires an active RN license in Kansas, a nursing degree, and prior supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care. You will collaborate with executive leadership to ensure compliance and person-centered care

Qualifications

• RN license in Kansas (active)
• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Experience supervising in healthcare or long-term care

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the Assisted Living Department operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations.
• Maintain high-quality resident care and person-centered approaches.
• Collaborate with Executive Director, Director of Nursing and Medical Director
