Job summary

Topeka Presbyterian Manor, a PMMA community, is seeking an Assisted Living Director - Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the Assisted Living Department with vision and compassion. You will plan, organize, and direct daily operations to deliver high-quality resident care.

This role requires an active RN license in Kansas, a nursing degree, and prior supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care. You will collaborate with executive leadership to ensure compliance and person-centered care

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Experience supervising in healthcare or long-term care

The Assisted Living Director - Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Assisted Living Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the Community and, as may be directed by the Executive Director, Director of Nursing and the Medical Director, to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained. Advances the value that the residents come first. The employee values the community as the residents' home and works to create attributes of home and models person-centered care.

Education, Experience And/or Training

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Previous experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care community or other related healthcare facility. Previous geriatric nursing experience desired.
