PMMA's Manor of the Plains in Dodge City, KS is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care and supervise LPNs and nursing assistants in a faith-based, not-for-profit community.

The RN will ensure care aligns with current standards and regulations, promote person-centered, home-like care, and participate in the Community's quality initiatives. This role offers competitive pay with differential bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Experience as a supervisor in hospital, long term care, or related health care facility preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and long term care regulations.
