Job summary

United Methodist Communities' Collingswood Manor in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Assisted Living program. You will be the clinical anchor for residents and the staff who support them, with a full-time day shift and 8-hour shifts.

Earn $40.33-$50.33 per hour based on experience. You will monitor health, coordinate care, oversee medications, complete assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available).

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond quickly to changes in condition.
• Guide and support caregiving staff to keep resident care on track.
• Work with community leadership to coordinate each resident's care needs.
• Complete assessments and update care plans with resident and family input.
• Arrange appointments, referrals, transportation, and related communication.
• Oversee medication services and keep the community in regulatory compliance.
• Document incidents, look into concerns, and follow through on next steps.
