Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee health assessments, plan care, and coordinate services for residents in a Minnesota Assisted Living community. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with residents, families, and caregivers.

The RN will supervise staff, ensure medication administration safety, and support the Director of Health Services in monitoring performance. A strong emphasis on compliance with Minnesota regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Minnesota RN license required.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assessment and documentation of resident health status.
• Perform initial and on-going assessments per Minnesota regulations and 90-day reviews.
• Coordinate services with residents, families, and providers.
