Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ASN or BSN program.
• Must have Indiana RN license.
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care nursing setting.
• Demonstrate leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the quality of patient care.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of care and safety.
• Oversees staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for shifts and managing staff shortages.
• Provides guidance for the staff in meeting the physical and emotional needs of patients and families.
• Assists with orientation of new staff.
• Performs job duties as described in RN job description.
