White Oak of Charlotte is seeking an RN to fill the Assistant Director of Nursing role in Charlotte, NC. This full-time position involves leading the nursing department in a skilled nursing facility and ensuring high-quality resident care under regulatory standards.

The ADON will support the Director of Nursing, coordinate staff, manage operations, and maintain infection control while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license and be able to supervise a nursing team.
• Experience in supervisory roles, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with residents, families, and staff within regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and managing the overall operation of the nursing department.
• Provide leadership and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
