White Oak of Charlotte is seeking an RN to fill the Assistant Director of Nursing role in Charlotte, NC. This full-time position involves leading the nursing department in a skilled nursing facility and ensuring high-quality resident care under regulatory standards.

The ADON will support the Director of Nursing, coordinate staff, manage operations, and maintain infection control while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license and be able to supervise a nursing team.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

This position opening is for an Assistant Director of Nursing, RN (full time, salary)

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with exhibitsstrong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills
• Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors
• Assists in coordinatingand managingoverall operation of the nursing department in accordance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory bodies
• Qualifications include a current RN license, excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and work well with others
• RN and/or a minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in Geriatrics
• Long term care and supervisory experience required
• Knowledgeable in the interpretation of Federal, State, and local regulations relating to long-term care facilities
• Responsible for infection control
