The Springs Red Oak is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to support our skilled nursing facility in delivering high-quality care to residents. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing the overall quality of care.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a strong clinical background and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in long-term care with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and supervising staff, including hiring and evaluations.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure efficient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Develop and evaluate nursing care plans and protocols.
• Monitor quality of care and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic resident care.
• Assist with supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
• Review nursing documentation and audits to maintain quality records.
• Provide guidance to staff and support during on-call rotations.
