Life Care Center of Stoneham is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Services department to ensure high-quality patient care. The role requires an RN with an active license and CPR certification, preferably with geriatric experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include supervising nursing staff, infection control, and supporting the DON in all nursing operations.

Qualificações

• ASN or BSN from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the DON in planning, developing, and directing Nursing Services.
• Supervise and train nursing staff; interview and hire when needed.
• Oversee care provided by nursing staff and infection control duties.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary and communicate with patients and families.
