Edgewood Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Clinical Services Director to support resident care and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies in a full-time day shift role. You will assess residents, participate in care conferences with families, and help hire, train, and supervise clinical staff.

This role requires an RN license, at least three years of clinical experience, and a passion for caring for the elderly.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Minimum three years clinical experience.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience is desirable.
• Passion and drive for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assess current and prospective residents.
• Participate in care conferences with families.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Help hire, train, and supervise clinical staff.
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies.
