Job summary

Edgewood Minot is seeking a Clinical Services Director to set the tone for the clinical department and support our nurses and caregivers in delivering the best possible resident care.

The full-time, day shift role requires an RN license, at least three years of clinical experience, and experience in geriatrics or memory care. You’ll hire, train, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, dementia, or assisted living preferred.
• Passion for helping others and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain resident care standards.
• Assess current and prospective residents.
• Participate in care conferences with families.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff.
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies.
