This full-time day-shift role requires an active RN license and at least three years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience preferred. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a strong commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Three years clinical experience
• Supervisory experience
• Geriatrics/dementia/assisted living experience desired

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain appropriate resident care
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Participate in care conferences with families
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
• Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies
