Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Services Director to lead the clinical department and set the tone for resident care. You will guide nurses and caregivers to deliver the best possible services for residents in our communities.

The role requires RN licensure with a BSN preferred, and at least three years of clinical experience along with prior staff supervision. Commitment to HIPAA compliance and ongoing learning is essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• BSN is preferred but not mandatory.
• Three years of clinical experience.
• Experience supervising clinical staff.
• Geriatrics/assisted living experience desired.
• Demonstrated passion for helping others and patient care.
• Desire to continue learning and improving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain appropriate resident care.
• Assess current and prospective residents.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies (HIPAA, state/federal laws).

As a Clinical Services Director at Edgewood, you’ll set the tone for the entire clinical department. You will help our nurses and caregivers provide the best care possible for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain appropriate resident care


• Assess current and prospective residents


• Participate in care conferences with families


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies


• Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff


• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license


• BSN, desired


• Three years clinical experience


• Previous experience supervising staff


• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired


• Passion and drive for helping others


• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
