Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare seeks an Assistant Clinical Services Director to help establish and maintain resident care across our communities. You will oversee clinical practices to ensure high-quality aging services.

This full-time, day-shift role includes assessing residents, leading care conferences with families, hiring and supervising clinical staff, and ensuring HIPAA compliance and adherence to Edgewood policies.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and active practice may be required.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in elder care settings.
• Experience supervising clinical staff is preferred.
• Geriatrics or memory care experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess current and prospective residents.
• Participate in care conferences with families.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies.
• Help hire, train, and supervise clinical staff.
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies.
