Job summary

GI Specialists of Georgia is seeking an Assistant Clinical Coordinator to support the Clinical Coordinator with daily operations in the Endoscopy Center. This role provides leadership to nurses, GI Techs, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.

You will coordinate daily workflow, monitor patient care needs, ensure supplies for scheduled procedures, and support staff training.

Qualifications

• Active RN Licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one (1) year leadership/ management experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in moving patients up to 350 pounds.
• Strong critical thinking, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Coordinator with day-to-day operations of patient care areas.
• Provide leadership to nurses, GI Techs, and support staff.
• Coordinate daily workflow, monitor patient care needs, and ensure supplies for scheduled procedures.
