Job summary

United-Digestive in Georgia seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Endoscopy center. Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• GI endoscopy experience preferred.
• Membership in GI specialty or other professional societies encouraged.
• BLS certification maintained.
• ACLS certification recommended but optional.
• Airway Management Module completion prior to conscious sedation administration; 100% on post-test.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to endoscopy patients per physician orders and center procedures.
• Plan, execute and evaluate nursing care; maintain contact with patients at each phase of their experience.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• May travel to a sister center.
