Job summary

MountainView Hospital, Inc. seeks an RN Apheresis to deliver direct patient care under the RN Practice Act during cellular therapy collections and related procedures. You will collaborate with the Apheresis team to ensure high-quality outcomes and patient safety.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred), an active Nevada RN license, BLS and ACLS, with 3+ years of experience; BMT-CN or OCN certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada RN license is required.
• Certification in BMT-CN or OCN is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in apheresis or related field.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Associates degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during cellular therapy collections.
• Collaborate with medical director on program development and procedures.
• Apply evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions.
• Manage multiple central venous catheters as needed.
• Support graft-versus-host disease care where applicable.
