Job summary

Carter BloodCare in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced RN to join our Clinical Apheresis team. The role involves performing cellular therapy collection procedures for CBC clients, with oversight of apheresis staff and coordination with physicians.

Candidates must hold an active Texas RN license and BLS, with a minimum of 3 years nursing experience in hospital settings; apheresis or pediatric experience is preferred. This position requires flexibility in shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in hospital, oncology, ICU or dialysis.
• Research and/or pediatric experience preferred.
• Apheresis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cellular therapy collection procedures for CBC clients in Dallas/Fort Worth area.
• Independently assess, initiate, monitor, and complete apheresis collections in various care settings.
• Provide nursing oversight of apheresis staff under physicians or CBC Medical Director.
• Attend meetings and trainings to support professional development.
• Maintain active licensure and certifications required by role and regulations.
• Work varied shifts, extended hours, weekends, and/or overtime as needed.
