Job summary

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Ambulatory Surgery Center Pre/Post Op. The RN provides post-surgical care in Phase 1 and Phase 2, focusing on safety, monitoring, and discharge planning.

Requirements include Illinois RN license, CPR and ACLS, PALS preferred or within 3 months, and at least one year in Preop/Postop or related acute care. Ability to work weekends and diverse shifts; some call may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Current IL RN license.
• Current AHA CPR and ACLS.
• PALS preferred or must be completed within 3 months of hire.
• Minimum of one year of Preop/Post op Care, Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Step down ICU nursing experience highly desired
