Job summary

Marymount Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic system, seeks an RN for the Ambulatory Surgery Center to deliver compassionate perioperative care. You will interact with patients, families and staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and high-quality outcomes.

The position supports rotating between Twinsburg, Lorain, Beachwood, Strongsville, and Marymount locations, with hours 9:00am–5:30pm and Saturday requirements. The Cleveland Clinic offers professional development and benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BLS and PALS certifications required by AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical practice of nursing in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• Direct other caregivers in delivering patient care.
• Report variances from standard practice to the Nurse Manager.
• Develop educational materials and provide health education to patients and families.
• Process patients through the ASC and monitor resources to meet outcomes.
• Maintain nursing competencies and participate in staff development.
