Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking an RN for the Ambulatory Surgery Center - OR General at Marymount Hospital. The position requires an approved nursing degree, active RN licensure, and BLS/PALS with ACLS within six months. Weekend coverage on Saturdays is required, with daily shift 7:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS and PALS certifications required; ACLS within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical nursing practice in the ASC.
• Direct other caregivers in patient care.
• Report variances from standard practice to Nurse Manager.
• Develop educational material and provide health education to patients and families.
• Process patients through the ASC.
• Assess resources to meet patient outcomes.
• Participate in ASC goals and quality programs.
• Maintain nursing competencies and staff development.
