Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Sullivan, MO seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct pediatric patient care, assist with rooming, triage, vaccinations, and procedures, and support providers during clinical sessions.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and review care plans, assess holistic patient needs, educate families, and document interactions per protocols, maintaining a safe, team-oriented clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience; advanced roles may require more experience.
• RN license and BLS certification.

Provides direct pediatric patient care by assisting with rooming patients, triage, callbacks, vaccinations, and supporting providers during procedures.

Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care.

Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, supporting patient education and documentation in compliance with protocols.

Supports providers in daily patient management, offering oversight to clinical staff, and ensures adherence to clinical and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational requirement: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years; additional experience preferred for advanced roles.
• Licenses & Certifications: RN license, BLS certification.
