Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Nursing diploma or Associate’s degree in nursing.
• 2–5 years nursing experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years experience.

• Assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.

Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, assess patient needs, and ensure compliance with protocols. Supports provider documentation, offers patient education, and promotes high-quality, cost-effective care. The role emphasizes teamwork, critical thinking, and excellent patient communication.
