UAB Medicine in Birmingham is seeking a registered nurse to provide nursing care using the nursing process to promote health, prevent illness, and guide patients and families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care and ensure cost-effective, timely outcomes.

Graduate nurses or experienced RNs must hold an Alabama RN license, with BLS required within 30 days. ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit. This is a full-time position with shift flexibility in AM hours.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required.
• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on unit.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to promote health and prevent illness.
• Deliver direct patient care in collaboration with licensed physicians and other professionals.
