Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the AACN Synergy Model to guide assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Deliver patient education and health counseling to promote wellness and prevent illness.
• Coordinate and manage care with the health care team, patient, family, and licensed physicians.
