Qualifications

• Requires current RN license in Indiana.
• Minimum nursing degree from accredited program.
• 2–5 years RN supervisory experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Wound care experience required.
• Must maintain CPR certification.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, state practice acts, and long-term care regulations.
