Legacy Healthcare in Lombard, IL is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with strong supervisory and Infection Prevention experience to lead our Clinical Department and drive excellence in resident care.

The role requires an unencumbered Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and at least five years of RN experience. You will help set Nursing Department goals, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and foster a positive, inclusive culture across the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• CPR Certification.
• Five years of RN experience.
• Infection Prevention experience.
• Prior experience managing a nursing department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department to ensure quality care.
• Foster a positive, inclusive facility culture.
• Assist with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Lead Infection Prevention initiatives.
